I lived in Somerset for over a year, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. Once, I did receive a notice on my door about cigarette butts that apparently had come from the neighbors, but overall it was a nice place to live. I never had a problem with insects and always felt safe. However, my neighbors DID tell me that the management would harass them over petty minimal things. If you are expecting your deposit back, don't hold your breath though. My apartment was cleaned immaculately for 2 days, and I went over it with a fine tooth comb, but received none of the deposit money back! Lastly, my vehicle was hit while parked in the parking lot twice, so be prepared for extra dents!
