I was a resident at the crossing for about 6 months it started off what I thought to be a really nice place to live, until certain people started moving in and things started going wrong for instance there were several apartments that flooded which caused the walls to mold. After about 3 months of complaining they finally came and cut out the mold but left the wholes in the walls. There is also the air conditioning issue, the units are so small they do not cool the apartments when it gets really hot outside which leaves the unit constantly running. The carpet is so cheap it sheds constantly which in some areas has already worn down to a whole, remind you this is only with in the first 6 months. Plus there were several instances were peoples cars were messed with.

This is a great comment and accurate about the cars being broke into. The outside lighting was never fixed and you had to watch out when going to your car or the trash bin!!!!!!!!!!
