My boyfriend and I moved here in May. The first manager was great. She handled any problem that we had. Everyone on staff was very friendly. Around July, the first manager left because there was some shady things going on and we got our new manager. It has been nothing but hell since she arrived. Our dishwasher has been broken since November. I remind her every time I see her and she never gets anyone out to fix it. I am sick of it. When we moved in, we signed a year lease, but in October, she put a notice on our door, giving us only 5 days to vacate the property. I went down to the office, only to find out she had made a fake leases trying to run everyone out. Lucky for me, I had a copy of my original. She also tried to raise our rent and make us pay for water, sewer, and trash, which she said came from a private company...' Bottom line, what I'm trying to say...don't move in here. If you do, your only asking for trouble.

My experience was very positive. Very nice place. I moved in in November 07, and construction had just been finished. Hard to imagine it was like you described at one time, but my recent experience was good, and i'd recommend it.
