i went to hot springs on a contract without an end date. thats a tough one because of the lease requirments. i searched around for a decent motel but the better places started at 300/350 a week.i found something cheap but it was'nt for me. after two weeks of that i had seen the crossing ad and decided to check it out friday afternoon after work. ms bruno, the manager, had me in a one bedroom, nice, clean place for a lot less than the motel, in a couple hours. we got along great, they kept the apt. maintained, even put a brand new microwave in for me. i had to leave early as i got laid off but we worked that out. but i do beleive a lease should be broken and voided for a reason like loss of employment.all in all it was a good trip. jh
