Calm Peaceful We have been living here for almost two years. The thing I enjoy the most is just how quiet and calm it is.... I mean, for an apartment complex, I rarely hear anyone else at all. How people manage that is beyond me.
Also the management/maintenance here is top notch.

Horrible-Drugs,Staff,Theft,Vandolism Nothing safe about this place! The police are called out often. DRUG BUST'S -YES PLURAL, CAR THEFT'S, CAR VANDOLISM. Break-ins, domestic assault. it goes on n on Then you have the Terrible Staff! They break confidentiality law.

beware noise is so out of control. suck up to management and you will get things down. kids run around as young as 2yrs old with there parents. management sucks. many leaks in apartment. parking sucks.

No Insulation Somerset was a OK place to live. I would not recommend living in a bottom apartment. The insulation in the walls and ceiling are non-existing. I could hear the person above me turning over in there bed and walking around. If you must live in a bottom apartment you better hope you dont

Great place to live. Somerset is a very nice apartment complex. The office staff are wonderful. I would highly recommend Somerset to anyone. The only reason I had to move was to get my daughter into Lake Hamilton school district.
