It really bites that they go by tax credit. The total the sum of what you make in a year and then they determin what kind of apt you can have. I recently went by and asked for a One bedroom. There was one available. Well, Since they checked my report I was allowed to move into a 2 bedroom but I did not want a 2BR and they said I am not allowed to have a one BR because I make more than the tax break for the one bedroom....That Suxs>.....This also goes out to Timberwood Apts....
