Oh my gosh I don't like these apartments. They look nice on the outside, they even look nice on the inside for a little bit. They were very cheaply made and it shows. There are tree roots pushing my floor up. The area isn't too bad, but there are some shady characters about. My main complaint is that nobody in the office ever knows what's going on! Our electricity was supposed to be set up by them when we moved in. We filled out a sheet, they read the meter and were supposed to fax it over to the energy company. Then two months later we asked where our bill was and they had no idea. Then our electricity gets shut off because it's not in our name, and this was initiated by the apartment complex! We had to call and set our account up even though when we moved in they had told us not to do that, that *they* were supposed to do that. And it was on a Friday at 4:30, thank god we were home or we would have sat in a freezing cold dark apartment all weekend long. Then they wait until two days after Christmas to tell us that we have $250 worth of unpaid utilities and it's due on the first, and that any money we give them goes towards that first and rent second. Come on! Tell me that's not a total scam! They wait until you're the brokest (right after Christmas) and give you three days to get a couple extra hundred dollars on top of rent' I'm still so mad at them for that.
Our dishwasher was broken when we moved in and it took a MONTH for them to replace it.
Our window was broken in the corner and it is still broken and we've lived there for 6 months.
We had a leak from the air condition and they came out in five minutes to fix it, any other time it takes FOREVER for anyone to come out.
Oh, and the leak caused mold and they told us they were going to have that part of the carpet professionally cleaned. Never happened and we've been up there about it a million times.
One more thing, almost every month they give us notices that the smoke alarms are going to be inspected. This is a major inconvenience as you make sure your place is neat and expect them on that day and not once has anyone ever shown up.
I hate this apartment complex, they treat their residents like total crap.

I agree Iam having the same problem with them and every time I try to contact them they won't reply what's up with that they need someone better to run these apartments I wonder who do you have to talk to for someone to actualy get the job done, and this make me so angry .
