The staff is great, however - when it comes to maintenance, they are very slow about getting things done. We were told when we moved here that everyone is so friendly and the people are great about respecting the people above or below you. NONE of that is true. We have dealt with extremely obnoxious behavior above us and no one seems to do anything about it! It is simply ridiculous. People throwing beer bottles at our door, breaking decorations I have outside.. just plain absurdity! The office staff is friendly, but I don't enjoy the atmosphere or neighbors for the most part! Very disrespectful people around here! I've had weird experiences with unknown men showing up at my door 10 minutes after my husband leaves for work (midnight), with crazy stories.. needing help.. suspicious behavior.. just stuff I DO NOT want to deal with. All too much for me. We've been here since April of '08.
