My townhouse 2nd story floor has a hole because of crappy construction. The house stays dusty due to poor insulation. Despite several calls to maint, problems only get a "band-aid" fix. My dishwasher has flooded my floor numerous times or will not drain even though I practically wash all dishes before running it. During the winter field mice like to get into the house yet maint says there is nothing that can be done. I hardly keep any groceries because of this problem and can't wait for my lease to be up.
