I lived in Oakwood Apartments from January 2004 to May 2006. I lived in the two bedroom type flat. I really liked the management and found that maintance often fixed things before I knew they were broke. The kitchen was a good size as were the rest of the rooms. One thing is that the living room walls were surfaced using wood paneling which darkened the room a little. Never had any thefts into my truck or apartment there. I did have a problem with insects until I used roach traps and other insect repellant devices. Parking was never an issue with me. I moved out of the base dorms into the apartments and for being my first apartment I found it was a good experience.

I have lived in oakwood for one year. I lived in a one bedroom which was a ok sizes for me.. The staff was friendly most of the time.. But parking was very limited. I had three cars in only one parking space most of the time cause there is 8 parking spots and 8 apartmeants in a row. Not to complain bout my rims being stolen off my car and all of there camera don't work. But maintenance was great.
