Slum-Lords You do not want to rent from these people!
They are slum lords! They do not fix anything and all their maintenance people are drunks and druggies.
Severe roaches and everything is filthy! Including most of the tenants! The smell is so bad it will make you sick!

The only thing good about poplar square is its cheap bad bug problems even found bed bugs hot water goes out alot so does the air or heat and dont every try to wash your cloths if you can get the one or two washers that work your lucky..
