Negative: this is the most poorly run complex i have ever lived in. it looks nice on the outside, but inside is very poorly maintained, with very old amenities that leak and break down frequently. the worst part is that maintainance will almost never happen if the management does not consider the breakdown an "emergency". a real emergency, e.g., backed up toilet, will take them 2-3 days to respond to. this also happens to be among the most expensive apartments in jonesboro (which by the way has a very poor selection to begin with).
Positive: ample parking space, relatively quiet.
Verdict: Spend your money on a cheaper place and save some dollars; living in Gladiola is like paying for a Mercedes and getting a Hyundai!
