My neighbors were pretty quiet but I agree, the walls are too thin. Plus, my neighbors apartment got ripped off while I lived there so it isn't completely safe. Maintenance is awful, if they even bother to show up. I rented a 2 bedroom for $540 and my money would have been better spent. Overall, it appears to be a nice apartment complex. In reality, you are better off staying at some of the cheaper complexes in Jonesboro. I agree with a previous reviewer though, if you have time, check the housing around the area. It's affordable and it's unlikely that you'll find any apartment complex in Jonesboro that has quality apartments.

I have lived at the Links for 6 years. I have never had trouble with maintenace. The only time I had trouble with noise is when college kids lived next door and they played music till 3 in the morning many times but management sent some one out to quiet them every time I called.
