Poor Insulation, Poor Management, No Maintenance

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
Forget about a quiet evening - no insulation for sound - poor insulation for heating and cooling. Expensive utilities. Forget about your security depost - no matter how clean it is - they will charge you for repainting, the actual paint, carpet cleaning, apartment cleaning - you will get a bill even after they take all your security deposit. Management is very bad and maintenance if there is a cost involved - is invisible. Can't recommend this place.
