I absolutely HATE living here. From day 1 that I moved in I have had NOTHING but problems. I will say that SOME of the staff is friendly. But the first day I moved in, they gave me an apartment that was unfit for any person with working lungs. It smelled like someone had chain smoked 18 hours a day for 10 years in that apartment. There were stains on the carpet. The vents were black, you could see outlines of the people's furniture because where the furniture was, the carpet was normal color and all around it was black/grey. What killed me was they acted like this apartment was fine. But their solution.. let's change the blinds and put charcoal in there. Yes.. that was their solution. Well, naturally they basically said, you're screwed and stuck here so deal with it or move into another one of our apts. Well the only one left was on the first floor. Let me tell you.. these apartments weren't built for stability. You can hear babies crying.. dogs running back and forth... pray that the people above you weigh less than 80 lbs and can float because you're going to know everytime the people above you go get them a bowl of cereal and when they're going to go to the bathroom. A cousin of mine lived here and complained about the noise one time (naturally I found this out AFTER I move in) and the very next day his jeep got broken into.. wouldn't quite call that a coincidence. This has been the most miserable apartment experience I have EVER gone through. Do not live in ANY Lindsey Management property. I have heard things about them from other friends (forced people to live in mold.. had running water going down their walls and they just kept cauking instead of letting her move out!) but didn't think this was at ALL of the facilities.. and yes.. I would say they're all the same just different names. Theirs not a lot to choose from in Jonesboro, if I were you I'd rent a house or just really take your time looking at apartments because TRUST ME you will not enjoy living here. All I see are people moving out.. the people I see moving in don't stay very long. There have been two empty two bedroom apartments in MY compelxt alone that have not been filled for over 4 months. That speaks volumes right there. (Oh and about the deposit, they take $150 for paining the walls and cleaning the carpets, things that most other apartment complexes just do. So they take this out of your deposit and the people who are moving in.. needless to say they know what to do to take your money because that is ALL they care about.)

SOME ONE DIDN'T READ THERE CONTRACT... THEY WOULD HAVE NEVER LET YOU MOVE IN IF THE PLACE WAS NOT CLEANED.... FOR THE NOISE YOU WILL HAVE TO REMEMBER YOU LIVE IN A APT. NOT A HOUSE YOU HAVE OTHER PEOPLE LIVING AROUND YOU. SO I THINK YOU JUST NEED TO START RENTING HOUSE NOT APT....

Apartment living is one thing but being able to hear conversations and hear a 3 lb dog dragging things above you is a complete other thing. It sounds like the responder is affiliated with the apartment complex because you sound awfully defensive. But unfortunately, they did allow me to move into that apartment in that condition (i took pictures).. hate to break it to you.. but obviously i'm not alone in this matter if other people took the time to find this website and post how awful their experience was with this place. I know a lot of people who have had to move to jonesboro for various reasons and I always tell them to steer clear of this place. You know how it is, you have great service and a few people will know.. you have an awful experience and people will shout it from the rooftops. So instead of going on here and attempting to create a response to the initial post.. how about you improve your buildings and create an enjoyable living experience for people instead of giving people a reason to countdown the end of their lease.
