I have just moved into the Links and am completely unhappy with their level of service and support. I moved in thinking that they would steam clean the apartment before I moved in since they take that out of the deposit at the end of your lease. No they didn't steam clean my apartment. I asked them about it and was told the would have it done by Friday. So I held off moving my stuff in to give them time to clean it. On Saturday (the day after the deadline) I asked them if they were going to steam clean it. They said that it would be the next week, I then asked if they would have movers there to help move my stuff out and then back in (I think its the least they can do since I was nice and gave them a week to clean it already with my stuff being there), They said no, that they would just clean around the stuff there. OK That means it's still dirty under the stuff and it's not my fault that it is not done.

I have a larger list of things that needs to be fixed and they haven't fixed. If you are looking for a place then don't look here. The Golf course looks nice and well maintained, but I haven't have the chance to play it yet (lots of water o this course). I am thinking of moving to a new apartment complex all together. I have lived in a Lindsey Managed apartments before and I loved them. The staff ,service, and speed of repairs where great. This place does not care about their people living there.

I hope that my comment will drive you away from these apartment so that you do not make the same mistake that I did.

I agree,this place is an over priced getto,i cant wait for our year to be up so we can get out of here,the aparments are run down,carpets are old and stink and have stains every where,everything is outdated,but boy do they take care of the golf course,maybe i should live on the golf course,it would be nicer. Crap hole stay away!!!!
