Nice but noisy

The complex is nice (W/D, D/W, new carpet/paint), but the details have been left undone. The walls are PAPER THIN, so it?s hard to sleep, the paint job outside of the apartment is sort of half-assed, and the and the peephole on our door is about a foot too high.
If you?re going to be in Jonesboro for a few years, buy a house instead of renting. Your mortgage will be less than the rent at a comparable apartment.
