I've only lived here for about 2 months or so, but I like it. Pet fee is outrageous, and there are a lot of cheaper apartments (which were all full at the time I was moving, so thats how I ended up at the links). But I dont recall looking at any apartments with the extra space that the links has. The apartments themselves are pretty small, BUT they do come with a full size washer and dryer (in a closet w/ extra shelves & storage space), a pantry in the kitchen (so you dont have to cram everything into the few cabinets there are) and a bathroom closet & extra cabinet (I store extra blankets, towels, etc). So there is a lot of extra space that you dont get in other apartments. Only thing is that the bathroom is in the bedroom, so guests have to go into my bedroom to use the bathroom. The bedroom closet has shelves built in and I didnt like them at first but they grew on me. Also, I havent seen any apartments with room for a dinner table. Now, my 1 bedroom apt doesnt have room for a table either (the 2 bedroom apts do have room, i think), HOWEVER, it does have a flat counter top table/bar kind of thing for eating (and as a desk). But some jerk outside my building always parks taking up 2 spots, so if I get home after 8 there is NOWHERE to park by my building. But since Ive lived here, I havent had to call on any of the staff or maintenance so i cant really say much about them!
