another pojects! the managment is the awfullest i have ever dealt with. the maintace is basicly non exictent. the kids run around here throwing trash ever where and vandalising cars while the parents sit around saling or doing drugs. little kids walk around cursing. its just an awful place i feel

I like it at College Corner. I have been living here since February 2009. The manager is always available. I can always reach him by Phone or catch him in his office. When I have a problem in my apartment, he send the maintenance man in quickly. Its quiet. There nobody hanging around.

not good these apartment could be nice. but they arent!! rude management!awful maintance moved in and carpets were nasty asked if they were cleaned they said yes. ifyou get a single you are stuck in the middle of two other apartments. no privacy mold problem pool is nasty was shut down twice last
