A great place to live. I have enjoyed living at College Corner, it is very quiet. The Manager Ray is always working and very helpful. It is right across the street from ASU and it saves me tons of money by not needing gas for my car. The pool is great and usually very clean, Ray watches

The Manager there was super helpful the place looked clean and the unit smelled good the manager told us that him and his family live on the property and the maintenance man too. I guess my brother is liking it

TERRIBLE!!! I lived in the LINKS with my husband and we never got ANY sleep because all the college idiots would stand outside our bedroom window and scream and act like fools all night long!! We complained and complained and even had to call the police because it was so bad!

no no no no no Where do I start? The managers will not do anything about the loud neighbors. The toilet has broke four times in less than a year and they haven't replaced it. Walls are WAYY too thin. Save your money and go somewhere else.
