Nice area - My boyfriend and I moved in some months ago and we have not had any major problems. We had a little maintenance problems but they fix it right away whenever we are not being to lazy to report it lol. However I believe this is a nice area I feel safe when I come in late because there are police patrolling the area which makes me feel comfortable.
