My boyfriend & I loved it when we moved in but reality set in & this is what happened;

1) Linoleum in kitchen & bathroom wasnt properly secured to floor,(slipped many times)
2)Air conditioner broke during summertime. Maintenance couldn t fix it at night bc of safety hazards. Had a portable air conditioner but told us to open all windows until morning. Next morning they came but didn t fix it right. Head maintenance guy came & fixed it & wondered why I wasn t given portable air conditioner.
3)Boyfriend s 2 yr old son came to visit for a weekend, received domestic disturbance notice. Staff said bc he wasn t on the lease, we didn t acknowledge that we had a child. Explained he wasn t on lease because he didn t live with us. Received another notice a few weeks later. Staff forgot to tell our neighbor about our child.
4)Parking SUCKS!!! NON-EXISTENT
5)Never received 30 day notice about ending of lease. Instead, received letter saying we could renew our lease for the same rate or sign a month 2 month lease for a higher rate. Renewed lease, & found new apt. Bc new apt. was being built, we had to extend our lease. Explained reason for extension was due to construction of our new apt. & asked if we could do a month 2 month lease. Was told "yea that's fine, just give us a 30 day notice on Aug. 1". On Aug. 1st, staff called my sister-in-law & my brother (my emergency contacts) BEFORE contacting me, & told them that we were supposed to be out of the apt. & we needed to turn in the keys bc they rented out the apt. I called reminding them about the month 2 month lease & was told they didnt write it down. 2 weeks later we received a letter saying, "We just wanted to remind you that you gave us a 30 day move-out notice, if you're unable to move out on the date specified, please contact us so that we can make special arrangements for you since we've already leased out your apt. We asked if we could renew the month 2 month lease (new apt still wasn t done), they said no bc they leased out the apt. & nothing could be done. In the end everything worked out bc my new apt. offered us move in help, plus they leased us a 2 bdrm 2 bth (we had leased a 1 bdrm) for a year at a discounted price, plus $200 off of our 1st month's rent.

Well I happen to be living here for a while and I have never had a problem with anything and as for all you say it seems like you have too many issues and you are one of those persons that just complain and complain so actually you leaving was not a loss because I am sure managment is happier you left. Maintenace is great and the pool is just the cleanest pool in all West Little Rock. As for being called for domestic disturbance the staff doesn't need to tell anyone about your boyfriend's son that is your problem. Maybe you need to have manners and be considerate of others.

i lived in the arbors for 6 mos with a roommate. the staff was semi-helpful but completely disorganized. we didn't receive a 30-day move out notice either. also, the office personnel did not post our pet deposit to our acct, but instead gave us credit for our rent. they didn't notice the mistake until we were ready to move out and demanded that we pay a deliquent charge for our rent. we moved out at the beginning of june, now it's the middle of july and we still haven't received our security deposit or pet refund back. definitely will not recommend this apt community to others. i've lived in other apartments where the management was much more organized and much, much more efficient.

I lived there for a year and yes the staff there is not good at all. My two roommates and I went on vacation for a week and came back to two noise complaints posted on our door. Somehow we created noise all the way from Destin, Fl. We were told that something had to have happened and they would stay on our record. PARKING SUCKS. There was never any parking, plus it was not assigned so anyone could park there. There would always be people parked in the fire lanes b/c there was nowhere else. Also had to pay a parking ticket for this very reason. With rent being over 1000 dollars a month, I think a parking place should be included. Definitely would not reccomend this community to anyone.
