I recommend living anywhere that you can find other than here. The management is very inconsiderate and lazy. Any time that you need something from the office or need to speak with someone in the office there will be a sign on the door saying they are gone. At 12 it will say "be back at 1:00 pm" then you will go back at 2 and there will be a sign that says "be back at 3:30" and at 5 the sign will say "be back at 9:00 am." The pool is always dirty even though it is closed ALL DAY monday for "cleaning". There was one instance when I asked someone if they would mind brewing some coffee in the coffee machine at the drink bar and they told me that they were not my housekeeper. Ha. We finally got fed up with the place to the point that we moved out (it only took 8 months) and the icing on the cake came after moving out. We moved everything out of the apt late the night before our deadline and didnt have any cleaning supplies left so we decided to just call it a night and not go through the tedious cleaning duties of sweeping the floor or wiping out the stove..etc... we did this realizing that we would probably not get our $300 dollar deposit back. The next day they did a walk through of the apt and we received no call alerting us that anything was wrong. A few weeks later we got a bill in the mail saying that the cost to clean the apt was the $300 deposit plus another $250 on top of that. I asked why they would so grossly over charge a tenant that had been good, hadnt caused trouble, and had paid all bills on time, and they had no answer other than "thats how we do things" If you do decide to dive on a grenade and move in here I recommend spending $100 dollars to have a cleaning crew clean your apt otherwise they will charge you 5 times that amount to do the same thing because "you signed for it"

ps. most of the time i had to park on the side of the road because the parking lot is never checked and 2 out of 3 parking spots are taken by cars without parking permits. Once again laziness prevails. The gate is also normally broken so they just leave it wide open, if you are moving here because its a gated community forget it. g-hKOS7s4Nq5n3hEIpHd

I agree! When I moved out they kept my $300 deposit and charged me $275 on top of that for damages that were there when I moved in, for a parking decal that they told me they didn??t need when I asked if they needed it back, and for cleaning (even though I cleaned the apartment from top to bottom). Their excuse was since I didn??t do a walk through with them, they were entitled to charge me those fees!!!
