We moved here because our apartment manager assured us of two things. The first was a sense of community -- this does not exist. Admittingly, a few of my neighbors are friendly, but for the most part people just keep to themselves. The second was a pet deposit. She quoted us $150 -- that was the deciding factor when we moved in. In actuallity, the deposit fee is $300, $200 of which is non-refundable. They did not charge us for our two cats. It seemed like a nice gesture, but actually they used it as leverage.

The laundry facilities never work. This is due to a contract that was in place before the new management arrived. Regardless, it would be in the tennants best interest for the management to find something better.

The apartments do not have light fixtures -- bring lots of lamps. Our electric bill is rarely over $50.

The pool was never clean last summer.

We were fined $20 for leaving a sack with dog droppings outside our apartment while my wife was rinsing off to take it to the dumpster. We live next door to the show apartment, so it is understandable that they were upset, but there are countless other tennants in obvious violation that never receive fines.

We were given one week's notice that our rent was going to be raised by $20 and that if we were going to go to month-to-month, it would be raised by $120. We were originally told we could have a 6 month lease, but were only offered a 10 month lease.

You may not sub-lease. I was diagnosed with a sleeping disorder, but was not allowed out of my lease so that I could move closer to school.

Apartment is not painted.

We only live here because you cannot rent in Conway, AR if you have a real dog.

THANK GOD these filthy people are gone. They were my neighbors and their "DOG" was a MANGY WOLFHOUND ! It is people like THIS that can make a place look bad. They were filthy people who when they moved out I got a glimpse of the inside of that apartment. I can't beleive someone this nasty and filthy have the nerve to say anything. I hope they were charged plenty for what they did to that apartment. As for the dog poop management charged to remove. They should have charged more because when the office was not open or on weekends they never picked up and a dog that size leaves a considerable amount of waste behind for all of us that do not have pets to see and smell. I would gladly have paid the additional $20 extra or more just to NOT have people like that living next to me. I'm glad they are GONE!
