Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
When i moved it was rushed and the place lookied decent enough. I moved in and neither the air conditioning or the heat worked. They did a patch job time and time again and when January rolled around again The heat still didn't work. Not to mention I kill about 2-3 roaches and spiders daily. And to top everything off they have the nerve to go up on the rent. I will be moving next month....Thank God the lease is up. The building is poorly insulated I can feel the cold air coming in through the windows.
Some idiots have started spray painting BH HOE on the walls
