I have also had a problem getting a washing machine.Debra has told me 3 different dates that it would be put in. I've been very patient. I also don't understand why she is always so rude to me. She has absolutely no customer service skills. Her boss should really find someone new to manage this complex. x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk
