I have lived here for 2yrs this apartment is the worst apartment ever there is ant problems here since the first day I moved here also leak problems people are breakin in to aparments cars are being broken into all the time its almost become a normal thing around here teants play the music to loud all through the night and somtimes through the day the only thing good here
is the fact that its cheap and that its close to everything you need and major freeways

Not to mention there was a murder in 2005 or maybe early 2006, and LRPD busted a meth lab there in late 2006. Things happen everywhere, but Beacon Hill is REALLY getting bad. That entire little strip of apts. on Reservoir is turning into Ghetto Row. If you can, buy a house.
