1)Parking is a non existent and your paying for it.
2)Loud club downstairs that vibrates your floor up to the 5th floor, rattles pictures on walls. The booming bass starts every evening around 7 and ends around 1, so dont plan to study or have a quiet dinner. You can actually tell what song is playing 4 stories up.
3)The managers have changed 3 times since living there. But the present managers are very good.
4)The majority of people living there are very immature and young.
5)They say they have secure underground parking available, but I waited for 8 months to get a spot. And it isnt very secure!
6)They give you pass cards for the secure doors. But the doors are always broken! I have had bums asking me for money in the hallway.
7)During Riverfest plan to live somewhere else if you park outside...

Other than that Block 2 Lofts is a Very LOUD place to live. If Block 2 reads this ..please do something about the noise level at the Funny Bone comedy club. Thank you

ummm ok... so this is downtown living... so you have to accept all the downtown noises. if you are looking for a quiet place to live.. DOWNTOWN isn't the place to live.. i think everyone knows that. DUH! I mean.. come on.. give me a break. When you come to hang out downtown...i don't think you get free parking.. so when you live downtown..its the same.. when you live downtown..the daily life of downtown comes with it. Parking is made very clear before you sign a lease. But thanks for living here =)

I agree with RivermarketLR28. If you want quiet living, downtown is NOT the place to be, that's common knowledge, especially if there are NIGHTCLUBS in the area.
