This is a great place to stay. I've lived here for a year now and I don't have a problem with the noise (as others have said) but the parking can be a hassle. There are a few roaming bums around but all in all safe. The homeless shelter that is a few blocks away is moving further away, so that will cut out most of the bums asking for change. There is a lot of stuff to do downtown and if you work here, like I do, then it is great. I just wish there was a movie theater close by then I would never leave. The apartments have great views and everything is new. One gripe I have though is the washer and dryers in the laundry rooms seem to always be out of order. Besides that everything else is cool. Great tip, don't get the underground parking if you have a big truck!
