grounds not clean, very loud, and poor management!!!

Very expensive and apartment price didnt even included parking and 25 a month is ridiculous when you pay so much for your apartment. Broken glass on my floor wasnt picked up until i picked up three days later. Dog urine in the elevators, and things just always seem to be dirty.
