I have lived at Block 2 since the property opened in 2000. There is not another place in the Little Rock area I would live. People always complain about parking, the bums, the noise etc, well guess what, try living in dallas or chicago or in any downtown. You are going have these problems. If you look at it as if they are just part of the area and not a problem, it makes life much easier and relaxing. Since I moved in, we have been through several different owners and 13 property managers. The manager we have now is great. I feel he is the first person who will actually listen to you and even if nothing can be done at this time, at least understand there is a problem and if it can be resolved he resolves it. He makes himself available 24/7 to the property for any issues. He is always out walking the property and I have seen him stumbling in on fri and sat nights watching out for people in the parking lot. I think, though there have been many problems in the past, if we can keep him here the property will be on an uphill run. If the property is so great then would you be willing to host an open house and let potential buyers look at what they could be living in since block 2 is a great property?
