It is very loud. You will hear every door slam everytime one of your neighbors gets home. People are very dirty there. Everybodly always leaves trash and cigarete butts on the ground, empty beer bottles and so forth. The laundry facilities are always a wreck. Parking is a pain most of the time. All it takes is for one idiot to block the only entrance way into both parking garages and it creates a trigger effect from there. The headache mulitiplies when there is a big event going on downtown.
