This place is DISGUSTING! The parking is horrible! Bums are everywhere! The only reason there is a waiting list is because it is low income and all of the bums that live in the hallways are waiting to get into one of their filthy apartments! If you do decide to live here, be sure that your schedule allows you to be home before dark and carry a gun!

Umm... carry a gun for bums? You must be some backwards redneck that deservers to be living in the woods with that mentality. I've lived there for over 2 years without a single problem. I've never seen a bum inside the apartment complex. It's in a very safe part of town.

Binary, I read all these reviews a few weeks ago and remembered your comment about never seeing a homeless man (not "bum") inside. Well I just accosted one stretched out on the ramp in the breezeway outside of the club downstairs. I didn't think it could happen but ... well my thinking has changed. A few days ago, I came home from work and saw the "leasing agent", you-know-who trying to open the elevator with a broom because a person was stuck inside. The same elevator that had been out of commission since before Thanksgiving and had only been operational for a few days. Why not call 911? Code violation, perhaps? Just a thought.
