Very unique location in a old 1920's warehouse. Nifty apts but problems don't get fixed very fast. Its very loud, loud motorcycles and firetrucks at 2 a.m. . Parking is very expensive averaging 45.00 a month. There was a shooting about a week ago less than 2 blocks away. I do enjoy having downtown so close
