this place would make a great set for a horror movie. Everythings broken down. secure place I was promised when I moved in has doors that dont lock (when they close at all) or doors that keep us locked inside. People have beat holes through walls. Have walked up on bums asleep in stairs, on loading dock, in the lobbies. Couches and matresses are all over the place. Are people dumping their trash herre from somewhere else or is it the people that live here throwing matresses and junk where they want to' forget about sleeping. I get bums knocking on my door inside wanting money or when they aren't hustling the residents the fire alarms are going off.

Nothing gets fixed because nobody wants to pay anything for it. Manager has said she has been paying for stuff on her own cause she cant get money from the people that own the building. WTF' Rent here is sky high wheres all the money going' There's a bar downstairs and its really loud, music usually blasting until two in the morning then the drunks for an hour hollering like there getting beat up. Great if you dont have a job but i have to go to work at six. People from the bar are walking all over the place with their drinks from the bar puking and peeing all over the place and peoples cars get broke into in their secure parking all the time.

people have got robbed out here. if you have a car park it in a dark alley itll be safer than the garrage since its open all the time and nobody looks in there exept to get there car so thiefs have no problem getting your radio and stuff. one lady got robbed by a guy with a gun a couple weeks back.

i hate saying it but i have give this place there chance. I wont be signing another lease because i can live in a frat house and get this same crap but a lot cheaper. they try to tell us thats what living downtown is about so i say to hell with that ill live in the ghetto where its safer.

we oughtta stop paying rent till they start fixing junk. they wanna evict us for it thats fine but good luck to them finding a sucker to pay for this crap just get me out of here quicker.
