This is downtown living at its best. The good looking women flow like water. This is not a place for older people or bitching freeloaders it is the most happening place in Arkansas for young go getter's with a LIFE. We have some residents that need to MOVE because they do not realize this is downtown living,and they would ----- and complain no matter where they lived. Homeless people live downtown (what the hell can the apartment complex do about them)I have never once heard of anyone being harmed by them. LAST BUT NOT LEAST anyone who has written bad things about the apartment manager is so wrong she is a great manager and they are only mad because she won't let them run things the way they want. All of the bad things that have been written have been written by 3 people using different names all three don't pay the rent and want something for nothing. THIS MEANS YOU LAURA H. If we could get rid of meth addicts like her this complex would be perfect.
