Noise is a real issue and complaint of mine, but the nosie problem is typically not the result of in-house cause; rather, it is from the outlet of the bars below early in the morning and the individuals who have likely consumed a lot of alcohol. I have, of late, experienced vandalism within the premises and this truly makes me feel violated on a personal level.

Parking is an extreme pain. It is expensive and though one may pay to reserve a spot (or spots), due to a variety of reasons, this does not always ensure rightful parking. If a resident uses strictly pedestrian or public transportation, this issue is completely moot.

The staff & management is truly outstanding--they put up with far more than they should and the majority of complaints and retribution likely comes from people who dislike having rules enforced such as quiet hour regulations and rent actually being due on time. Maintanence requests I have filed are taken care of usually within 24 hours.

The view, I must add, is absolutely spectacular, especially if you happen to have outside-facing windows. And ironically, for a building of Block 2's age, heating and air conditioning is quite affordable & manageable due to natural lighting.
