This is a wonderful place to live. I have had no problems with the residents or staff. It is true that the surrounding alleyways and city streets could potentially be dangerous, but really people!! It's downtown Little Rock...Bangin' in the Rock fools. Don't go walking in the alley naked throwing money around. I'm a young, pretty hot chick, and no one has tried to rape me yet... but maybe I should just feel insulted.
The lofts are lovely and have a great historic yet modern feel to them. The staff is personable and responsible. The maintenance guys are hot and the rent is cheap. I can't complain on any level really. Well, sometimes the weird chick in the elevator smells kinda funny, but she's just chillin, she's good. I am completely satisfied with my loft and experience so far.
