Within walking distance to many downtown business(if you work downtown), good restaurants and of course...the bars and music venues. The only downside is that there is not a good grocery store close and it occasionally gets pretty loud outside. If you are looking for an urban lifestyle, then this is your place. If not, then WLR will be your safehaven.

That, and if you're not big on crack heads, people doing drugs in the elevator, incompetent and rude management, and inconsiderate neighbors, you may want to look elsewhere...

I love Block 2 and I agree. The location is perfect and as for the last response.....I have never witnessed any of the above complaints.
