It is very noisy, dirty, and the apartments are not up to code. There is mold everywhere, wires hanging down from apt. to apt, and the whole cooling and heating system wires & duct work is all exposed in the closets. These bldgs. are also infested with roaches!!!! The roaches scatter under your feet at night on the walkways.
