If your credit is not perfect you just lost $50. Very shady. My credit is not perfect but its not that bad either. I do though have perfect rental history. None of the rest of your back ground check matters without without perfect credit. SHALLOW MANAGEMENT.

It is unfortunate that anyone gets denied. Each property management company has different qualifications for renting an apartment. These qualifications are clearly stated on the application that each applicant is required to read and sign. As with any application, it is important to know the criteria for acceptance before applying.
