I hear that Betty Ann is gone, and since then things have turned around somewhat at Brightwaters. I agree with the other posting that she was very rude and just hateful and nosy. I lived there for 6 months, and once she had the nerve to ask me "who's truck was parked outside your place last night..." I was appauled. She made my experience there terrible. And I'm glad that Bailey sold Brightwaters, it may now be a liveable place. It was very quiet there.
