I have lived in Brightwaters for 4 years, and had never had a problem until it was sold by Bailey Property Management. Now it is a nightmare! The office manager ------- is horribly rude and unprofessional. It seems like we get nasty letters on our doors every other day regarding fines or what horrible residents we are! I'm looking for another place to live because I refuse to put up with this awful place. Also, I believe one of the reviews below is mistaken about --------- (who was the mgr when the apartments were owned by Bailey). She was wonderful, polite, and extremely professional. They must have her confused with this new ------- woman. Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY!!!

Why don't you sign your name since you had a horrible experience, or could it be you don't abide by the rules and now you are mad at the new property manager for running a taut ship.. Sign your name if you are going to slam someone.

What, so a current resident can be railroaded by some self-glorified servant who delusionally considers themselves a ship-captain with absolute power over a "crew of paying customers"? How insulting, a blue collar gofer with a superiority complex. Mutiny, my friends, mutiny! They can't even spell "taunt" and are clueless to the saying being "tight ship" not taunt. HA, let's all taunt them now. You, fellow residents own their hide as the people keeping the community profitable. Apt managers are nothing more than sales/customer service service-helper. As such they should be working to serve your needs to 100% customer satisfaction!

Um, I'm not a Brightwater resident or anything. I'm just a common person who is against people trying to sound more intelligent than they actually are over the internet by using the biggest words they happen to know. I do believe Nickster 23 meant to write "taut," which is a synonym for "tight," (i.e. tight ship) and not "taunt." Who the hell has every heard of a "taunt ship?" That is one cruise I would not prefer to go on. So, jml95c, you go on this rant about how Nickster23 can't spell "taunt," when it would pretty much be obvious to anyone reading his posting that he meant to use the word "taut" all along, and it is synonymous with "tight." See what happens when you self-righteously try to point out the mistakes of others? You end up making an ass of yourself. Have fun dissecting this post.

What is so important about 'signing' with names like 'nickster23' or anything of that sort that reveals nothing about the identity? Also, does it occur to you, nickster23, that the one voicing the opnion that is not favorable to the management might have a lease and this is far from a fair world (and getting farther by the day)? These kind of forums are good for the abused to say it out and it is good not to take it personally, like it or not.
