The apartment is a good value for your money. I had no problems with pest, management, or maintenance. The only thing that ever went wrong was the water knob to the bath tub broke off and the water kept on running. Maintenance was there to fix it within the hour. The place is pretty quiet, especially on the side walls. Some footfalls and water flushes can be heard from above. Still thats apartment living. I would most definitely live here again, especially if you are a low maintenance type of tenant. Good for a student. Oh since I lived here for 6 months as far as I know only 1 car was broken into. Thats pretty good for Little Rock!!!!

"Low maintenance type of tenant"!! Wow, I sure hope they paid you a lot of $$$ to lie like that! Sounds like an advertisement to me!!! Take it from someone who lived there for several years (as opposed to 6 months), the management is a complete joke and that office woman Marilyn is an evil old hag!!
