I have been living in Brightwaters for a year now and I have loved staying here so far. Its a serene place with all the facilities that you could look for - Washer/Dryer, Pool, Gym, Patios, Fire Place etc...

I am new to this country and this is my first apartment in the US. I was worried when I was in India (my homeland), whether I would get a good place to stay in Little Rock, near work and close to the city as well. One of my colleagues introduced me to Marilyn in the Brightwaters Leasing Office and from then on, I have recommended Brightwaters to many of my friends. More than three of my friends have moved in till date and they are happy living in this place.

Brightwaters is the most affordable Apartment complex by the Riverside. It is definitely value for your money.

Marilyn and Danielle (I hope I have spelled your name right :)) take all efforts to listen to the tenant's needs and complaints (if any), patiently and manage their team very well to execute all the requests (like repairs etc..) well within time.

I would also like to appreciate John, who takes care of the regular maintenance activities at Brightwaters. He is very sincere in his work, hard working, soft/gentle in handling with the apartment tenants and polite.

As they always say "No One is perfect", there are always suggestions which the tenants/visitors can give to the leasing officers, so that the management can try to work on those requests and come out with new ideas. I have two suggestions to give:

1. Rent Payment Mode: The payment mode for the monthly recurring charges like rent/utilities is currently only by Check. It would be nice if we have an online portal to pay it or if we have a Credit Card machine to accept payments at the leasing office.

2. Collection of Packages: In some apartments nearby, they have a larger office to collect the packages in case if the tenant is not present at his/her apartment. I guess this is currently not available @ Brightwaters, probably due to the lack of office space to store these packages and for security reasons. However, it will be nice if a package collection mechanism is brought about.

I am happy that I moved in here and I would recommend Brightwaters to anyone looking for a comfortable, simple and affordable place to move in, by the Riverside.
