We used to live at Brightwaters from 2000-2003 and left due to management problems under Bailey Properties. Well, management has changed (Yea!) and we moved back to Brightwaters from south Florida in April. We cannot say enough about Heather or the new management company. Moving from another state is stressful enough, but she made it very easy, always staying in touch and answering any questions we had. All was done over the internet, fax and phone. This is the most relaxing place, great maintenance guys, and a great place to call home. Right by the river, saltwater pool and a on site gym. We are pleased to be back!
