Nice Apartments... for such a ghetto

Nice apartment, construction wise. Managers are useless, parking is a joke, kids run and play in parking lot unsupervised while the playground goes unused, angry young men gather at apartment entrances drinking beer from cans and bottles in sacks every evening... then toss empties on the lawn. Inconsiderate neighbors stomping on the floor until 2 or 3 in the morning. Cars double park, blocking cars from exiting in the morning; managers claim there is nothing they can do about it. Great place if you like living in the ghetto!
