I have lived at Bristol Park for 1 1/2 years. Since new management came in on August 1st, 2004 the community has cracked down on the noisy kids, and the maintenance has done a 180. Management calls to check on work orders and if they are completed. Leasing staff is friendly and easy to talk to. The property has been cleaned up alot , buildings and grounds!!
