Well i moved in in june of 2005. Everything was awsome to begin with, nice nieghbors and really nice apatment features. It was around the middle of July when i first noticed wierd things going on in my apartment. Cabnet doors would slam, the walls would bleed and i would hear vioces coming from my air vents. I contacted the office and told them that i thought my apartment was haunted. They told me that 5 years ago a man died in my apartment from a heartatack. Then they told me that i was the first person to ever complain about having those kind of problems. I askedif i could possibly transfer to another apartment due to the fact that i was scared to death. They told me sure but there would be a $400 transfer fee. I told them that as far as ev erythingelse, I loved my apartment and that i really couldn't afford to pay the fee. The told me to either pay the fee or deal with all the wierd stuff that was going on.. I couldn't believe it! I moved out a week later and they tried to sue me for the remainder of my lease.. I never paid a penny and as far I know, it didn' effect my credit. So if you like living with ghost, then I recomend this place. k6tKKzmJrmATU2ap682S
