I've lived at Calais for almost 10 years. In that time Ive lived in 2 different apartments there. I could make a list of good things to say about Calais, but I think the fact Ive stayed 10 years says it all. Its a really great community. It's very quiet, and close to anything and everything anyone could need (shopping, restaraunts, entertainment, etc.) The property is about 20 years old now, but a full time maintenance staff keeps everything updated and in good working order. Landscaping is very plush, with 2 very nice pools and a hot tub. Also, theres a small gym that I use from time to time.
