Just hope you don't get assigned to building 10 - - because it isn't visible from the road - - it isn't kept up as the other buildings are - -constant leaks and flooding in first floor apartments - - appointments made with maintenance staff aren't kept and if they are kept, they aren't timely - - no notice to residents when construction is being done (which is rare in building 10) (i.e. finally dedicing to fix the flooding problem by digging up the sidewalk)
